MONDAYS 7-8 PM BOXING/CROSSFIT CIRCUITS

Great class for fitness BOXING themed circuit on the bags/pads with Crossfit style challenges using a variety of equipment : Steppers,agility ladders,battle ropes,medicine balls,gymnastic rings,TRX bands,Skipping,Mini kettle bells,swiss balls,bodyweight exercises.

MONDAYS 8 - 9 PM BOXING TECH SPARRING

Great class to learn the craft of boxing .Learn how to catch shots ,defend against the jab,hook and uppercut.Rolling,slipping steppin off and movement are taught to progress further with your boxing.Footwork drills and timing drills will enhance your boxing ability.Fantastic class if you're getting ready for a white collar boxing show or just want to engage in light safe contact tech boxing

WEDNESDAYS 7.30-8.30 PM BOOTCAMP

This is a fantastic class that is superb for weight loss,fitness and body conditioning.A range of apparatus is used with boxercise partner work including bags and pads.A fun class with a great atmosphere and a good first class starting point for beginners!!!

THURSDAYS 6-7PM MUAY THAI BOXING /BAGS/PADS/TECHNIQUE/FITNESS

Learn a Thai Martial Art making use of the Thai pads,belly pads,punch/kick bags, low kick shields and incorporating technique work that leads to gradings.Great way to just get fit or take it to another level and enter competitions!!!

THURSDAYS 7-8PM MUAY THAI BOXING TECH SPARRING

Great class to learn how to spar safely in Thai boxing .Learn how to defend the Thai Roundhouse ,Thai clinch and put the moves together using boxing and a variety of strikes.Movement,timing ,distance and angles are utilised to help you succeed.

SATURDAYS 11 AM BOXING/CROSSFIT CIRCUITS
